1. New material numbers for Matco-Norca. MN will precede existing material numbers. VC
2. Moving from pricelines to Material Price Groups (MPGs). C

6. Number range changes.
   1. NEW range for POs: 4500000000-4599999999 and 9500000000-9599999999. Example of old PO is P1034796. The old Eclipse PO number will show for open POs leading up to go-live date (11/4). New Sample PO. V    Matco-Norca PO
   2. NEW range for quotes, sales orders, packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, credits and debits. New Sample Credit Memo. C    Credit Memo
      

We will stop processing both orders and returns 11/1, at 12:00 PM Eastern. They will still be received but nothing will ship out between November 1 and November 4.

1. The order claim period is changed to 30 days. Customers will no longer be able to open a new claim for orders older than 30 days.
2. Domestic and International Terms of Sale details can be found on our websites.

We will be moving to NIBCOs web portal which has a different user experience but can do a lot of what the current portal is used for. Things to consider:

• Users will have new customer IDs.
• No history will be moved over from the old portal.
• If you do not have a login set up, you will have to call customer service to be onboarded.
