Dear Valued Customer,
We wanted to inform you of an important update with respect to Covid-19. With the recent announcements by the governors in the states of California, New York and Illinois of a “stay at home order” where we have production and distribution operations, we have reached out to government contacts to investigate if our facilities located there could remain open despite the executive orders for businesses to close.
An exception of the executive orders announced is to continue production and shipment of our products based on being qualified as an “essential” supplier under the guidelines listed by the Critical Infrastructure Security Act or CISA, part of U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Listed below are the 16 critical infrastructure sectors in which CISA will allow businesses serving these industries to remain open during this time. You will recognize many of these industries as we serve them on a daily basis:

As a result, we will keep our warehouse and production facilities operational to serve the needs of these infrastructural sectors until further notice. All non-essential office staff are working remotely, so there will be no disruptions in service from our Engineering, Finance, Inside Sales and Customer Service staff.
