Going Live - What you Need to Know
As a reminder, we will be transitioning to new systems next month. More details are available via the webpage we have created. These updates are set to take effect as we approach the go-live date on November 4. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Some key changes to be aware of are:
- New Lockbox, Remittance Address, and Wire Information.
- Updated Order Claim terms.
- Implementation of a new EDI system.
- Revised Domestic & International Terms of Sale (available online or upon request).
- Transition to NIBCO’s Customer Web Portal
- Last day of shipping is November 1 at 12:00 PM EST.
- We will be cancelling all outstanding RGAs 60 days from the cut off date of 11/1/2024.
